Chocolate-Coconut-Cookies

You need:

a little bit of butter (for the pan)

170g dark chocolate (here we buy Baker's)

200g coconut

different kinds of nuts (optional)

Put a little bit of butter in the pan and warm it up in order to prevent the chocolate from burning.

Now add the chocolate bar and melt it in the warm pan.

When the chocolate has melted add a bit of coconut and mix it together. Then slowly add the rest of the coconut and mix it with the chocolate until the coconut is barely visible anymore.

If you like you can also add nuts.

Now form small piles of the mix and put them on the tray (that is covered with parchment paper) and let it cool.
